Delivery & shipping
What are your delivery times in Belgium?
Standard delivery in 6 to 8 working days throughout Belgium for products in stock. For Pro accounts: morning slot guaranteed from 7 a.m. on site. Free delivery from €150 including tax.
Do you deliver directly to site?
Yes — for Pro accounts, delivery to site is possible with a guaranteed morning slot (from 7 a.m.). Indicate the exact address of the site and a contact person when ordering. Details on the delivery page →
Do you deliver outside Belgium?
Yes — Netherlands and Luxembourg within 6 to 8 working days, France (bordering departments) upon quote. For the rest of Europe, contact us for a personalized study.
Professional Account
How do I create a Professional account?
Register for free with your VAT number. After validation (within 24 working hours), you access the negotiated Pro rates, your dedicated account manager and invoicing 30 days from the end of the month. Find out more →
Is the Pro account paid?
No, the Pro account is completely free. No registration fees, no annual fees, no commitment.
How long does validation take?
Validation within 24 working hours (automatic VIES verification of VAT number + activity). Payment within 30 days is activated after your first 3 orders or upon presentation of your latest balance sheets.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank card (Visa, Mastercard), Bancontact, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. For verified Pro accounts: payment 30 days end of month by invoice.
Do you offer payment in installments?
Yes: 3× free of charge up to €2,000, 4× and 10× via Klarna/Cetelem up to €10,000. Details on the financing page →
Are your prices excluding VAT or including VAT?
The prices displayed are inclusive of VAT for individuals (21% VAT included). For Pro accounts, the display automatically switches to HT after connection.
Returns & guarantee
Can I return a product?
You have 30 days after receipt to return an unused product in its original packaging. Refund within 30 days after receipt of the return. Custom-made products (cut tiles, personalized taps) are not included.
How does the warranty work?
All our products benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity, plus specific manufacturer guarantees (up to 10 years on certain Hansgrohe/Geberit sanitary ware). In the event of a breakdown, we manage after-sales support with the manufacturer.
Products & documentation
Do you offer technical data sheets and certifications?
Each product has a downloadable technical sheet (PDF), installation instructions and manufacturer certifications (BENOR, CE, NF, KIWA). For Pro accounts: CAD and BIM files available upon request.
Are the products in stock?
The product sheet indicates the stock status in real time: “In stock in Dilbeek” (shipped within 24 hours), “In stock with supplier” (6 to 8 working days), “On order” (deadline indicated). For large volumes, request a quote to validate availability.

Where is your showroom?
