Three delivery methods tailored to your project — from individual parcels to full pallets on site. Free delivery from €500 excl. VAT in Belgium.
Delivery Methods
1. Standard Delivery — Belgium
- Lead time: 3 to 6 working days depending on supplier stock.
- Rate: from €14.90 excl. VAT, free from €500 excl. VAT.
- Time slot: Monday to Saturday 8am-6pm, no appointment.
- Coverage: all of Belgium, partner carriers (DPD, GLS, specialised pallet carriers).
2. Pro Site Delivery (guaranteed morning)
- Lead time: 24 to 72 hours after order confirmation.
- Time slot: guaranteed morning, delivery between 7am and 12pm.
- Rate: €39 excl. VAT (free above €1500 excl. VAT for Pro accounts).
- Site access: provide the precise address + reachable contact (phone number mandatory).
- Reserved for holders of a validated Pro account.
3. Express Delivery (24h)
- Lead time: D+1 if order is placed before 2pm.
- Rate: €19.90 excl. VAT.
- Available for products in stock at Dilbeek (the product sheet indicates "Shipped within 24h").

Bulky Products
Bathtubs, shower trays > 120 cm, radiators > 1.8m, sanitary pallets: delivered by specialised carrier (prior telephone appointment). Unloading at the foot of the truck — please arrange for handling assistance unless the "delivery to floor" option is chosen (on request).
Order Tracking
You will receive an email at every stage: confirmation, preparation, shipment (with tracking number), delivery. Real-time tracking via the carrier link.
