ALPHA&CO delivers to your sites across Belgium, everywhere, within 3 to 6 working days on average. Standard deliveries, pallets and large volumes.

Delivery methods

• Standard delivery: 3-6 working days — free from €150 excl. VAT, otherwise from €9.90.
• Pallet delivery: bulky sites, assisted unloading possible. Quote on request.
• Express delivery 24-48h: from stock — variable surcharge depending on address, calculated at checkout.
• Click & Collect Dilbeek: free collection from the showroom, ready within 2 hours after confirmation.

Covered area

All of Belgium: Brussels, Flanders, Wallonia. For the Netherlands and Luxembourg, please contact us for a tailored logistics quote.

Tracking

Each order receives a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves our warehouse. You can check the status at any time from your customer account.

Site delivery

For orders destined for a construction site:

• Specify access constraints (7.5 t truck, tail lift, pallet jack)
• Indicate a time slot for presence (unloading must be done in the presence of the customer)
• For volumes > 1 pallet, ensure a clear unloading area
