📦 Step 2: Organizing the return

If your return is accepted, you have two options:

Option A: Collection by our logistics service

For bulky or heavy items, we arrange for collection:

• Delivery by truck: €102.85 (VAT included)
• Delivery by crane truck: €192.39 (VAT included)

Option B: Return via carrier of your choice

You can return lighter products via a standard parcel service (at your own expense).

⚠️ Important : Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or a delivery error on our part.

✅ Step 3: Check and refund

After receiving your return:

1. full inspection returned goods
2. Status check (packaging intact, product unused)
3. Refund processing within 14 days (if compliant)

Attention : If, after return, the amount of your order is below the discount threshold:

• There initial discount will be cancelled
• THE free shipping will be charged according to your delivery zone

📋 Customer responsibilities

Upon arrival:

• Check immediately goods upon delivery
• Report any anomalies in the 8 days following the reception
• Complaints only by registered mail

On the return journey:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging
• Brand new and unused (unless a defect is found)
• The feedback is at the client's risk (damage or loss during transport)
